This is a choreographed basic Dance Aerobics class that begins with a total body stretch with FUN and ENERGETIC  dance moves, we train every major muscle group for a total dance body exercise! Awesome workout for all ages!
Note: This is an advanced session. It is recommended to take 1-2 beginner sessions before moving to the advanced class
