What is 'Dance Aerobics'?

Oxygen Dance Aerobics™ are basic choreographed dance aerobic classes that begin with "Oxygen into the lungs breathing techniques" which can improve overall performance (circulation, muscle fatigue, lung capacity, etc). The classes are designed to promote good health, reduce stress the natural way and enjoy life to its fullest, allowing the body to physically and mentally feel no stress with choreographed dance aerobics and choreographed music in a fun, energetic, and safe environment. These classes are carefully designed for each age group and levels of fitness to create self confidence and a better quality of life.
