This is a choreographed basic Dance Aerobics class that begins with a total body stretch with FUN and ENERGETIC  dance moves, we train every major muscle group for a total dance body exercise! Awesome workout for all ages!

Sessions/Prices: There are no set sessions for this location; instead classes are charged by price tiers:

$30/mo for one class per week
$50/mo for unlimited classes every month

Dates: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm
