"...you came to our school and did a class with us during our staff training. You were very motivating and you specifically asked me to work on doing something each week. That was very difficult for me at the time because I had recently gone through chemotherapy and I was having severe side effects from a low immune system as far as respiratory infections and sinus infections so my exercise was limited. Having said that I really started to feel some what better around mid May and started very small with exercising. Doing a stationary bike 3 times a week. I was finally able to totally wipe out my last respiratory infection late June and since then have really taken control and have gotten into my exercise groove. The most exciting thing is that since mid May until now I have managed to stay on track (for the most part) with my exercising and eating healthy and have lost 50lbs! I also feel FANTASTIC!!
Anyway I just wanted to say thank you for being the first person to re-introduce me to exercise after my treatment and to some extent being a small little voice in the back of my head to really push myself towards taking better care of myself."
